Legacy Construction Group, Inc. has provided Commercial and Residential Construction services to Central Missouri since 2006. Who We Are

Andrew Ruprecht and Keith Windham founded the company in 2006 and are the principal officers of Legacy Construction Group. Both owners have a strong interest in their community and offer the company extensive experience in construction, project management, accounting, and real estate. Andrew has a Masters in Accountancy and a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Missouri. Andrew has held previous positions operating in the capacity of Controller for large construction firms. Andrew ensures the compliance of the company’s operational procedures and is responsible for the day to day accounting functions, overseeing all aspects of cost control, and strategic tax planning. Keith has over fifteen years experience in all phases of construction management holding such positions as Project Manager, Superintendent, Lead Estimator, and Contracts Administrator for many large nation-wide commercial contracting firms. Keith specializes in the organization and quality control of projects from pre-construction to final completion including estimating, negotiation of bids, awarding subcontracts, project schedules, coordination of crews, compliance with project specifications, and all field related matters. Both Andrew and Keith have experience managing and administering construction projects in excess of six million dollars.

In January of 2009 Andrew Ruprecht sold his shares of stock in Legacy Construction Group but remains involved in strategic tax planning for the company. Keith Windham has since been named General Managing Partner of the corporation.
